It is made up of 24 apartments for people over 60 looking for a new style of comfortable life based on safety, independence and privacy.
You shall be able to enjoy an elegant and calm atmosphere, personalized attention, full equipped and modern installations and wide spaces for leisure and to be with friends and family.
All apartments face onto the outside, and are equipped with adapted bathroom, air conditioning, inside and outside telephone service, satellite TV, emergency bell, etc. Designed and built with no barriers: showers at the level of ground, mixer tabs with adapted handle, door-frames wider than usual, etc. This way, we make our residents’ life as comfortable as possible.
The idea is that residents really feel at home, and thus residents take to their apartment those personal elements they might need, both regarding decoration and furniture.
The outside is as impeccable as the inside, and it is thought for the relaxation of residents thanks to its spacious gardens and full equipped facilities (swimming pools, private parking, coffee shop, restaurant, terraces, adapted spa, etc.).
