Residential Complex for the elderly Santa Eulalia is a new urban concept, where the most complete equipment and personalised service are complemented by an enviable natural environment, to offer a wide range of care services of the highest level.

This residential complex is the result of the concern of a group of professionals determined to design a population centre equipped with social and urban services to help reaching a level of life quality, social harmony and cohabitation well above usual standards.
It comes with the firm commitment of making life and cohabitation of its users much easier, more pleasant and calmer. TO GUARANTEE A GOOD QUALITY OF LIFE
This is the objective of a new complex for the elderly. The 9,000m˛ building is located on a generous 17,000m˛ plot, 3.5km out along the Santa Eulalia road near to the village of Jesús. There will be a total of 90 residential beds and 24 apartments.
The complex will be equipped and furnished in line with the latest technical specifications. Indeed, in this regard it will be one of the most advanced centres of its kind in the whole country. Highly innovative is the door-opening system that will function in response to residents’ fingerprints. Other special features include an emergency alarm button in each room and 40 security cameras monitoring both the interior and the exterior of the building.
The complex additionally provides a wide range of services to ensure that its elderly residents enjoy a good quality of life: physiotherapy facilities, indoor and outdoor heated pools, spacious lounges, games and entertainment rooms, beauty salon, library, restaurant, café, extensive gardens, cinema and internet. The whole complex will be managed by a team of 70 professionally qualified staff, including doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, nurses and social workers.
